I ventured out to Boyce Thompson Aboretum last Sat, April 3, 2010, just to hear you speak about wildflowers. I have your Best Autumn Hikes book and knew you would impart some helpful info. I was pleasantly surprised when you spoke of the nature of polination within the wildflowers. How their colors are roadmaps for the polinators & how the flowers will give visual cues as to when they've already been polinated. I look forward to the book you are working on which will reference that which you spoke of!
